Stage 1 Gordon’s Bay to Rooiels Bay an out and back blast along the coast road, at about 45k’s this will give you you’re first taste of the Cape winds.
Stage 2 is the Durbanville Loop a 54k loop to skip out the legs with a few small hills.
Stage 3 is the Franschoek to Paarl Loop 55km loop that take you through the Franschoek Valley out to Paarl and back.
Stage 4 and you’re final ride befor the big day takes us out to the Stellenbosch region for a 50km loop
Stage 5 Cape Argus Cycle Tour 109km loop based on the Cape Argus Cycle Tour. The largest timed bike race in the world, entries cut off at 35 000.
