The cadel.com.au site has been updated at last. It’s got a new look with a great pic of Cadel sitting in his pride and joy, the Mustang! The news will start to flow again as Cadel prepare for his initial 2008 race Ruta del Sol in Spain. It’s official too, Cadel has left the country. He’s back in Europe to fine tune the next few months for the TDF.

I wish at some point all interviews would stop focusing on the timeframe between Cadel and Contador. From the following interview with The Age and Cadel it looks as though last year’s result has become the fuel he needs. The Cadel Watch series will continue throughout the year, as this year as far as primalodyssey is concerned is the “Year of Cadel”

News breaking on cyclinfnews.com is that Cadel is to ride in the “Vuelta a Andalucia-Ruta del Sol”. The only down side to most Spanish tour sites is the lack of English so how knows what is happening as I cant read a damn thing on the site. It’s interesting that no news has been updated on Cadel’s site for some time.

The last we heard he’s about to sign with Silence – Lotto for the year, bit bizar that it’s Feb 2008 and the man has no pro tour contract signed off. Oh well that’s the nature of the business that they are in.
