CACT 2009
It looks like the Cape Argus Cycle Tour 2009 will be going ahead. Tour date will be roughly 28 Feb ~ 10 March 2009. The numbers might be limited if we are to hire a house for the 10 days. If not then booking a hotel even now in early 2008 is near impossible due to the locals that book in advance for years to come.

Race on Sunday 8 March (109kms)
Return home 10 March or head off to visit other parts of South Africa.
Once again in 2009 the cycle tour will be back to its original route via Chapmans Peak and Suikerbossie - much to the delight of many loyal supporters of the race. For those that have been before you’ll now know the challenge that lies ahead.
Accommodation
Here’s a quick preview of Anfield Place which will house 6 in total. might be an option and is in Camps Bay, Cape Town. asking price is R2900 per which works out to +/- AUS$85 per person per night. Good thing is we have a pool and our own space to relax between side trips. It’s 8km from the CBD so it’ll be a good warm up ride in on race day.
