With the wind in my Helmet.

5am and it’s overcast, legs felt good with no side effect of yesterdays spin session. Met the lads for the TWC Thursday ride to Shorncliffe and back. The wind was up and from the get go so was the average speed. In some sad was I was enjoying the look on a few faces in the bunch.
 
Felt really good today and no problem pulling up after the ride. Three more full weeks of training and I’ll be reaching the turning point which will lead to my first few tests I have lined up for myself. All will be revealed.
 
No training for the next 3 days as I fly down to Melbourne for the weekend to catch up with a few mates and relax. I’ll attempt to report in with a few pics while I’m in Melbourne but not sure if I’ll have access to the Web.
